![]() So how did they connect all 10 speakers? Or maybe they didn't! The shop should have pointed this out to you before hand. Looks like you didn't replace the speakers. Your new amp will require external crossovers that would come with new speakers. The factory non-DSP amp does have the crossovers built into the amp. ![]() The output from the head unit is a 0-4 volt audio signal, just what most amp inputs require. I connected RCA jacks to the wiring and plugged them into my amp. But my issue is that since the cross over is built into the stock amp, how can I get a full range signal to the amp before I send the signal back to the speakers? Reason why I ask is because my audio sounds very flat and lacks all mid base, and highs are too bright and sharp.They shouldn't have needed to use a line converter. I had a shop install the amp, so they spliced into the stock wiring and had to run a line converter for the signal in, so that I can use RCAs to the amp. I have some questions about wiring a new amp too.
